Summer Hockey Excitment(S.H.E. Wins) Program Information for 2007

High School Prep League Information

Welcome to the SHE WINS hockey program. SHE WINS was developed in 2004 to help girls develop their skating and skills. SHE WINS has donated to the girls programs as well as various charitable organizations. After three years of summer skills SHE WINS is proud to announce its initial
Spring/Summer Varsity Prep League.

For those who do not want to tie up their Sunday's this spring, SHE WINS will be starting their ONE LEAGUE/ONE PRICE session on Wednesday May 2, 2007 at THE BOG. The league will run through to August 15, 2007, with no game on July 4, 2007.

The price for the SHE WINS Spring/summer league will be $212.20 for 15 weeks of games. That is less than $15 per game. That does not include the extra games available when others do not show for the games. Games will be at 5:00, 6:00 and 7:00 on Wednesday evenings. All should get home before Dairy
Queen closes.

It should be noted that a portion of each tuition goes towards the charity chosen by the girls.

COACHES: If you have line(s) you wish to develop, they can be kept intact as a threesome. Defensive pairings can be done, as well. There will not be a whole team of one town or school's players. The teams will be balanced.

SHE WINS encourages girls to take a week off and do other things (camps, vacations, work, etc.). This will allow players to play extra games on the other teams and know at least some of the players

This is not a learn to skate league !. This is a preparatory league for High School players or those who wish to be. SHE WINS will still run the Sunday Skills(see below)and Learn to skate for the younger, less experienced players or those who wish to be, starting in June, 2007.

There will be only 90 slots open for six teams.

Location: All Skills will be held at Pilgrim Arena's in the "C" rink. Possible expansion to "B" rink for goalies and younger players.
